Codecraft provides custom digital solutions including:
- Web Development: Backend, frontend, API design, and system architecture.
- Mobile Engineering: Native and cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android.
- UI/UX Design: Visual assets, digital prototyping, wireframing, and branding design.
- Growth Marketing: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), content strategy, and digital campaigns.
All development contracts, deliverables, milestones, and payment terms are separately negotiated and governed by an official Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a custom software service agreement:
- All proprietary graphics, site layouts, code frameworks, animations, and icons created on this website belong to Codecraft.
- Upon successful completion of project deliverables and receipt of full payment, intellectual property rights and code ownership for client-specific projects are transferred to the client as specified in our service agreements.
Unauthorized distribution, copying, or reverse engineering of our site design or resources is strictly prohibited.
4. Acceptable User Conduct
You agree to use our platform strictly for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:
- Using our contact or application forms for spam, abuse, or unauthorized submissions.
